The choice of the shipping method is always the client decision while checking out. Pole Position orders are only shipped on business days.

When is FREE SHIPPING applied?
For all orders with a value higher than € 199 in mainland Portugal, except orders for fuel and Mini-Z tracks.
For all orders over € 399 for the European Union and Schengen area, it does not apply to orders for highly flammable products such as fuel, batteries and cleaning fluids alongside with Mini-Z tracks.

How are shipping costs calculated?
When the free shipping does not apply, shipping costs are automatically calculated in the online store system and they are shown on the checkout before confirming your order.

What are the shipping methods used by Pole Position?

- DPD www.dpd.ptAll orders are accompanied
with a tracking number. It's easy to check the shipping status of your order on the website of our shipping partners. -
Is international shipping possible?
We are pleased to accept orders from outside the European Union and
Schengen area. The international shipping costs automatically calculated in the online store system and they are shown on the checkout before confirming your order. Customs costs are the responsibility of the customer.
